Our dear dear players,
Gamebox are having its new platform now, and we offer more efficient customer service for you under the new platform. Here is the ways to show how to ask for help in it:

Login your account on staging.gamebox.com
see attachment 1
Go to “Support” section, you will see the FAQ of recharge issue/game issue there. You can search the question you want to know there at first by yourself.

Click “GM Support”, you can submit your question about payment issue or bug report there, our CS will reply your issue ASAP.

To submit your question, you may have to write down the required information so that our CS can deal with your issue more efficient.

After submit your ticket, you will see the ticket status in “My ticket” section.
