Problem with Loading - G7

Hi, I am xDay from G7 - Sardinia I have problems everyday to log in the game....sometime work sometime I have to wait ... I don't know what is the problem...I cleared the cookies and tried again and the same problem...its show me the message Loading... Let me know.
