We need you to provide us specific details on the order which include the nickname, server, recharge time, order number. If you made recharge through Facebook, after the successful recharge, there should be a payment ID in your FB account. Please click Setting—Payments—Purchase History on FB page, you can check all your payment history, then click one of the payment, you can find the payment ID.
