Dear players, 

Due to the system glitch, the Daily Recharge Rewards page in Credit did not reset after 17th, which blocked some players away from claiming the rewards normally. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience the issue has caused to you. 

The devs have worked out a list of characters who were involved the issue and sent the rewards accordingly. Please check the ingame mail and claim the rewards. 

However, we may miss some players who were affected by the issue as well. So please report to us if you are the just one of them, providing information in the format as below:

Date of recharge:
Recharge amount: 

Lastly, the reset issue has been fixed already. Please do not worry about it. Thanks for your attention.
