Suggestion: More info on stuff that is chance based

Everyone knows that a glad with 2000 attack will do 100 damage on a glad with 1900 def. But what about proc rate? speed? dodge? block?

I mean. When I put points on attack or defense I have that good feeling, that now my glad will do x more damage and take y less. But when I increase stats like accuracy, I just feel like it's wasted money, since I have no idea of how much that will really help me.

So I think it would be a good idea if you guys, for example, display together in the tool tip that says what speed is, what is the chance hitting again on the same turn with the current speed you have. Another idea is for you to let us know the math of these things that are based on chance and that we have no clue of how much we gain when we increase it.
